I have 3GB of RAM in my laptop, why does it say it's low on memory even when I have very few programs running?

I have a Dell with Operating System Windows Vista. This has been function for roughly 6 months now. My laptop isn’t even a year old. we unequivocally do not even have a lot of programs using during any since time. An e.g. of a many programs using during any since time would be something similar to MS Word, MS PowerPoint, as well as 3-5 tabs of google chrome browser. After about 2 hours or so, we get a prompt observant I’m low upon memory. Obviously things will begin crashing if we do zero so we tighten as most as we can as well as we STILL get a mental recall issue. Then we go to a charge physical education instructor as well as begin shutting even credentials using programs. It’ll get to a indicate where we tighten all which is nonessential for a mechanism to still run. Yet, when we check a charge manager’s mental recall usage, it’s still during max capacity. we have to restart my mechanism each 2-3 hours since of this.
Mac won't download anything from the internet!!!?

I have the macbook pro which was paid for final year, all was operative excellent final night until currently when we reinstalled the sleet leopard Operating System to repair the pathogen which zero is operative scrupulously now!
1) Iphone won’t bond up to itunes
2) Can’t download ANYTHING online from Safari as well as Google Chrome. So i can’t even download alternative browers similar to firefox to repair it.
I attempted to repair all permission, transparent up cache, restart my comp similar to 3X as well as zero still works. we do not have speed downloader or anything of which sort. Please help! Thanks!
why cant i download itunes on a laptop with windows 7?

everyime i go to the apple website as well as try to get it, the small idol with the couple to download it isn’t there. the similar to it cant bucket or something. as well as the not the web browser bc i attempted you do it upon google chrome as well as upon internet explorer. as well as when i attempted to download safari it didnt even let me. did microsoft only similar to utterly cut itself off from apple products upon this latest os??? or wth is wrong with this laptop?? lol assistance plz
ok it says "this support is shut off since it contains the small uncertain content" i consider the the garland of bs as well as may be the since this is the flattering aged laptop with the latest os..idk though i downloaded the itunes module from that couple that gto9judge gave me…i goal it works. as well as elmer: i know right?? haha though this isnt my laptop the my friend’s..my mechanism has perspective that is the small bit improved though not really
